Provide general contractor and construction manager services for the construction of public works facilities includes ongoing review of design and engineering solutions for constructability, phasing, and budget, and regular collaboration with owner and design team on the overall planning, design and construction of the project;coordination and gathering of input from subcontractors regarding constructability and cost; review and cost evaluation at each phase taking into consideration schedule, phasing and market conditions, this includes periodically providing cost information between major milestones that will help advise on key design decisions; consult with, advise, assist, and provide recommendations to the owner and project team on all aspects of the planning and design of the work.
