The third regular meeting of the Board of Administration involved several key decisions and reports. A primary discussion involved confirming the CSSDGS's interest in collaborating with the cities of Candiac and La Prairie to establish an aquatic complex on CSSDGS property, which would grant the CSSDGS priority access during school hours without contributing financially to construction or operation. The Board also approved Phase 3 of the 2025-2026 physical projects list for maintenance, expansion, and construction, aligning with Ministry of Education objectives. Administrative services presented updates on complaints tracking for the Regional Student Advocate and submitted the 2024-2025 financial statements. The General Directorate presented the 2024-2025 Annual Report and an update on 2025-2026 work priorities.
