As a qualified Washington drilling or pump contractor, perform cleanout, redevelopment, and pump lowering of two wells 100' (Well 1B and Well 5). Redevelopment work includes brushing, bailing, surging, fluid impulse generation (Hydropuls, AirShock, AirBurst or a similar approved method), and redevelopment. Pump lowering 100' includes providing and installing additional column pipes, check valves, couplings and other materials to lower the pipes, and include replacing damaged or worn materials, procuring and installing new pumps and motors.
