Minnesota Educational Facility Management Professionals (MASMS)

The 2026 Midwest Facility Masters Conference is a premier educational event designed for facility managers, buildings and grounds supervisors, school business managers, and district administrators. This 18th annual conference provides professional learning, continuing education, and networking opportunities for school facility, operations, and business professionals across the Midwest, including Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Themed "Coming Together in Service & Safety," the conference spans two days, November 2-3, 2026, at the Kalahari Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells. Attendees will gain new perspectives on technology, procedures, processes, and impacts of facility and staffing decisions, exploring the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in school safety, security, facilities management, and operations. The event features a wide variety of classes, a sold-out exhibit hall showcasing vendor products and services, professional recognition opportunities, and sessions on critical topics such as safety and security, energy management, disaster recovery, AI for facilities, staff wellness, cybersecurity, construction planning, and solar readiness.
