AmeriCorps Large Conference Planning & Logistics RFP

Description: The contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the government as needed to perform the tasks outlined in this statement of work. In general, the support services required under this bpa include event planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person meetings/convenings/events (to include retreats, trainings, council/board meetings, summits and conferences), facilitation services, and general logistical support including lodging and travel assistance, attainment of registration platform for development and management, materials development and distribution, onsite meeting coordination (in-person support for meetings), and post-event wrap-up. Meetings/convenings/events provide a variety of modes of learning through subject matter expert sessions, panels, innovative hands-on or virtual learning labs, workshops and/or facilitated stakeholder feedback/sharing.
