Breath Testing Preliminary Screening Devices
THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non electronic and E-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event. PURPOSE. The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract to a vendor, or to multiple vendors, to provide breath testing preliminary screening devices, dry gas cylinders, and related materials, on an as needed basis, to the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), other state agencies, and members of the State's Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) program. CONTRACT TERM: The Contract term will begin on the date of final contract execution and continue for (12) months. The contract may be renewed for up to (48) months, upon a written agreement by both parties. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Buyer listed above. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum to official solicitation holders.
