The proposed solution would provide low-pressure steam service outside Delany, Jefferson, Frese, and Colwin halls. Work consists of architectural general construction work associated with providing new boilers, condensate vacuum pumps and domestic hot water heaters in the cellar existing boiler room including: - patching & recoating of walls & floors at boiler room. New lighting in the boiler room & rm ce-07. Crack injection repairs and waterproofing at perimeter cellar walls in the tank room, corridor c02 & gas meter room. Installation of new ceiling fin. & fr frame & glazing in room CE-07. New door & landing at ex'g op'g from ex'g electrical room. Partial roof repairs & patching the 2nd floor roof for installation of mechanical equipment.
