ENVIRONMENTAL SITE INVESTIGATION SERVICES

Description: The County of Riverside, City of Cathedral City, and Palm Springs Cemetery District are seeking an environmental consultant for a comprehensive investigation of Cathedral City Landfill. Work includes reviewing historical technical orders, sampling soil and groundwater, defining contamination limits, installing monitoring wells, and submitting a Site Investigation Report in accordance with RWQCB-CRB Technical Reporting Order R7-2025-0020-01. The contract may run for up to 24 months and requires attendance at a mandatory October 21, 2026 pre-bid meeting; proposals are due November 4, 2026.
