Description: Seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a waste characterization study to determine the quantity and composition of organic material in the jurisdiction region's disposed waste stream. The study will provide statistically defensible, jurisdiction-specific/region-specific data to support the city s potential request to calrecycle for an adjustment to its applicable per capita organic waste generation/disposal rate.
