Description: Provide financial advisory services. Assist city staff on matters regarding analysis of proposed capital projects and capital expenditure budgets. Reviewing professional reports and feasibility studies to ensure financing issues have been adequately addressed. Develop cash flow models to project the effects of various financing for proposed projects or programs. Review and evaluate innovative financing and/or investment. Assist the city staff regarding the city s credit rating for both upgrading and/or maintaining the current credit ratings. Assist city staff regarding the issuance of debt and preparation of official statements and evaluation of qualifications.

Assist the Township staff regarding the Township’s credit rating for both upgrading and/or maintaining the current credit ratings; f. Review financial impact on the Township and/or its agencies regarding the waste flow control; g. Assist Township staff regarding the issuance of debt and preparation of official statements and evaluation of proposals. h. Assist with bond arbitrage calculations.

Municipal Advisory Services - (Request for Qualifications)
The selected firm will provide the services reasonably necessary to complete the financing. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Optimum financing structures to accomplish numerous Town initiatives including the legal and funding vehicle to accomplish the greatest number of such initiatives, and Develop the broadest possible interest among potential purchasers of the obligations, oversee the actual sale and closing on the obligations issued, including a recommendation by the Municipal Advisor to accept, reject or renegotiate the proposals, and assist the Town in the procurement of various types of professional services required in connection with the issuance of the obligations. The term of the contract will commence on the Effective Date with an initial term of two years with three one-year options to renew, not to exceed five years. See attached file.
