FSM Phase 2 - Revenue & Cash Management System

Description: Sturgeon County seeks proposals for a Revenue & Cash Management System under Phase 2 of its Financial Systems Modernization initiative. The project will replace legacy property taxation, utility billing, accounts receivable, cash receipting, and bank management functions while improving processes, operational efficiency, reporting, and user experience.
