Boulder Civic Area Development Partnership
The City of Boulder seeks qualified development teams to partner on redeveloping city-owned properties at the Civic Area’s East Bookend through purchase or lease agreements. The envisioned mixed-use destination would include public, semi-public, and private spaces for community gathering, local business and retail, arts and culture, recreation, and connection to nature, while optional proposals may address the West Bookend. The posting identifies this as a development-partnership solicitation involving property purchase or lease rather than a grant program and requires proposals through BidNet by Oct. 30, 2026, at 4 p.m. MDT.
