The Contractor will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being of all IRS-CI employees by providing comprehensive critical incident stress debriefing counseling. This includes conducting thorough stress assessments, offering effective stress management strategies, and delivering specialized stress management training. Additionally, the Contractor will facilitate debriefing sessions for IRS-CI employees after a critical incident, ensuring ongoing support and guidance. In the aftermath of critical or traumatic incidents, the Contractor will offer essential incident and trauma intervention counseling to Special Agents and personnel, providing the support needed to help them process and recover from these challenging experiences.
