Description: Elkins Construction LLC is acting as construction manager under contract with the State of Florida Department of Military Affairs for the KDA/KDC North Range Upgrade at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center. It is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for listed trade packages that include package 03 Concrete, along with other construction trades. Subcontractors are directed to review plans, specifications, the geotechnical report, scopes, agreement and schedule, complete SCORE, and contact Elkins for bid-document access and updates.
