MB Block 15 Interim Public Parking RFP

Description: Work consists of construction of approx 118,000 gross SF of interim public parking improvements. Work includes site clearing and preparation; earthwork, grading, and drainage; paving and pavement striping; concrete curbs, sidewalks, and related site improvements; minor modifications to private streets; planting and landscape improvements; site electrical and lighting systems; UCPD blue-light emergency communication infrastructure; EV parking and charging infrastructure; traffic-control and parking equipment; associated security and low-voltage systems; and new, modified, or relocated utilities necessary for a complete and operational public parking facility.
