Description: Provide project, program, and portfolio management (P3M) training. The contractor shall provide comprehensive, on-site training courses for HQ personnel. The baseline scope requires the delivery of six P3M courses per calendar year. The selected training qualifications must be capable of accelerating a student from zero baseline knowledge to the Practitioner level within a maximum of five consecutive days. See attached file.
