NSWC-PHD MATAC OTA Request for Prototype Proposals: Prototypes and Experiments Rapid Fielding Sites (PERFS)

Description: The Office of the Secretary of Defense seeks to prototype the Prototypes and Experiments Rapid Fielding Sites (PERFS), a scalable framework for integrating, evaluating, and transitioning maritime and border-defense technologies from laboratories to field operations. The effort addresses the Navy's lack of a standardized, agile testing methodology and infrastructure for evaluating emerging intelligence, maritime, and border-defense technologies against dynamic operational threats. The selected prototype will design, test, and validate a repeatable operational and business process that accelerates the transition of maritime-dominance and border-defense capabilities to warfighters.
