Open Procurement 2: CTF Active Emerging Markets Managers
WSIB seeks firms to actively manage broad emerging-markets equity portfolios in its Commingled Trust Fund (CTF), using a broad benchmark such as MSCI EM IMI; country-, sector-, and capitalization-specific strategies are not sought. The rolling search continuously identifies and evaluates potential managers and remains open until WSIB staff and the Board decide otherwise. Candidates must satisfy the stated minimum qualifications, and a successful candidate would enter into a WSIB contract for investment-management services, making this a procurement rather than a grant.
