Pre-Advertisement Notice for Maintenance of Permeable Pavers

Description: The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management is beginning a multi-step sealed-bid procurement to prequalify a contractor for ongoing operation and maintenance of approximately four miles of permeable-paver streets. Work includes quarterly regenerative-air-vacuum sweeping, vegetation removal, paver replacement and resetting, drainage inspection and cleaning, and repairs to sinkholes, stormwater structures, and other underground utilities. Vendors must show at least five years of relevant experience, submit organizational and key-personnel information and two comparable projects, and maintain a documented safety program; qualified vendors will subsequently be invited to bid.
