Real Property Revaluation Equalization Project

Description: The Town seeks proposals from qualified revaluation firms to revalue all taxable and tax-exempt real and personal property, effective April 1, 2028 or as early as practicable, for use in the 2029 tax commitment. The work includes full measure-and-list inspections, digital photos and CAD sketches, property valuation, land and market studies, taxpayer notices, hearings, and appeal support. Deliverables include an updated TRIO Web database and property record cards, valuation manuals and schedules, and before-and-after ratio studies.
