Recovery Spain BPA

Description: EXIM Bank seeks to establish a BPA for recovery assistance in Spain, principally to collect certain paid claims under its credit guarantee and insurance programs. The contractor will perform case research and due diligence, asset searches and protection, debt collection, borrower negotiations or settlements, restructuring, and recovery planning; litigation and legal enforcement require written Government authorization.
