The Colorado Department of Agriculture, on behalf of the Colorado State Fair Authority, is seeking a full-service marketing partner for year-round and event-specific marketing of the Colorado State Fair. Services include marketing strategy and research, branding, advertising and media planning, digital and social media, public relations, and campaign analysis. This is a services procurement, not a grant; proposals are due October 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time, for a contract expected to begin January 1, 2027, with up to four one-year extensions.
