Bradford County is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing low-slope roofing system at its occupied County Courthouse in Starke, including obtaining permits, removing the existing roof, inspecting and repairing the deck, installing new roofing with flashing and drainage components, sealing openings, replacing the rooftop-building door, and completing cleanup and final inspection. The project also requires separate material and labor warranties and a contingency price for potential interior water damage, which may include ceiling or decking work, drywall, insulation, mold remediation, painting, and finishing. Proposals must include the project approach, specifications, schedule, cost proposal, warranty, and an OSHA-approved safety plan, and must be submitted as sealed paper bids rather than electronically.
