Description: The Norton Housing Authority is rebidding construction work at Woodland Meadows (667-1 & 667-2) in Norton, Massachusetts, to replace tub surrounds and shower-valve assemblies. The scope includes removing existing tiled surrounds, substrates, and shower fixtures, then installing insulation, a vapor barrier, cement board, one-piece wall-surround systems, and mixing valves while leaving the existing bathtubs in place.
