The five planned projects cover telecommunications, road and utility infrastructure, an entry control facility, an air traffic control tower/fire station/base operations facility, and a Sentinel re-entry vehicle facility, with an estimated combined magnitude of $375 million. The notice is for planning and industry feedback only and expressly states that it is not a solicitation or request for proposals, with registration closing October 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT.
