Provide building 510 substation upgrade - phase 1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials (except as noted below), equipment, and services necessary for complete removal and upgrading of the existing Building 510 electrical substation equipment that feeds the newly replaced electrical distribution switchgear. This project includes the removal of two medium voltage substation transformers, one medium voltage oil switch and medium voltage distribution cabling. The project also includes the installation of a new exterior substation with two new medium voltage transformers, one pad mounted medium voltage switchgear and medium voltage feeders in a new concrete encased duct bank.
