The Regional District of Central Okanagan invites non-binding submissions from organizations experienced in land acquisition consulting for government clients, to support valuation and acquisition of public and private property for municipal infrastructure projects. It intends to pre-qualify up to two organizations for future assignments through the Engineering Services Department, which may be awarded by right of first refusal, an invitation-only second-stage RFP, or a public RFP. Pre-qualification is non-exclusive and remains valid for three years from the RFQual closing date.
