Provide professional pre-construction services for the project with a focus on new construction, inspections, observations, and management. These services may include, but are not limited to, some or all the following services:cost estimating; constructability reviews; value engineering review and recommendations; chair and conduct meetings with the port, central california traction (cct), contractor, and other stakeholders; coordinate pre-construction activities (i. E. , independent cost estimating, constructability review, value engineering) with the port s independently contracted design, environmental, and hazardous materials investigation teams.
