Description: The City of Ontario seeks engineering design services to improve approximately 550 feet of North Turner Avenue and an adjacent open channel between a point 500 feet south of East Guasti Road and the Union Pacific Railroad tracks. Phase I includes preliminary engineering, feasibility analysis, storm-drain and roadway alternatives, cost estimates, environmental research, and initial property-owner outreach. Phase II includes final plans, specifications and estimates, technical studies, environmental clearance, permits, right-of-way or easement acquisition, public coordination, and construction support.
