Description: Equitable Building Decarbonization (EBD) Tribal Direct Install Program announces the availability of up to $30 million1 for projects that will upgrade residential buildings with energy efficient electric appliances, energy efficiency improvements, and related measures. Eligible buildings must be residential buildings in California built before January 1, 2020, which are owned or managed by California Native American tribes, tribal organizations, or owned by enrolled members of California Native American tribes.
