Municipal Parks Playground Replacement - City of Lauderhill Parks RFP

Description: The renovation and replacement of ten (10) municipal park playground areas. Removal and legal disposal of existing playground equipment, artificial turf, playground safety surfacing, impact-attenuation padding, borders, foundations where required, benches, trash receptacles, and other site improvements designated by the City. Site demolition, excavation, grading, compaction, drainage correction, base preparation, and concrete edging required for the new playground improvements. Furnishing and installation of ten (10) new commercial-grade playground systems at the playground areas identified in this Scope of Work. Furnishing and installation of commercial playground artificial turf safety surfacing, including impact attenuation, drainage, base preparation, concrete containment/curbing, seams, transitions, infill where applicable, adhesives, and accessories. Furnishing and installation of engineered commercial shade canopy systems as specified for each playground. Furnishing and installation of specified park benches, trash receptacles, playground rules and safety signage, and other site furnishings identified in this Scope of Work. Required permits, engineering, inspections, certifications, testing, coordination, cleanup, restoration, and warranty services.
