The project consists of a comprehensive termite remediation program within affected areas of the facility. The scope includes removal of existing termite-affected casework and associated wood components, pest remediation, inspection and verification, and protection of existing utilities. The Demolition scope includes removal and disposal of affected casework, millwork, countertops, backing and other termite-damaged materials, including cabinetry, blocking, furring, trim, gypsum board and wood components as required.
